Apartment is located about half of hour driving distance from Zadar airport, half of hour walking distance or a 10 minutes a car ride from bus terminal and about 15 minutes driving distance from ferry port. Harbor for a nearby islands is few minutes walking distance. If you would like us to organize your transfer from(to) airport, just send us your flight details. Apartment is situated in a building next to sea shore, across the parking area. Entrance to the building is oriented to the north.

Parking

Public parking is accessible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible), charges apply. It is quite easy to find available parking during preseason and forseason but you will need more patiance during high season. There are some free of charge parking lots in front of the building and around, reservation is not possible. Check in time : 15.30-22.00 (in a case you would like to be checked in a presence of our staff)

Please consider we need a time to get your accommodation clean and ready, organize your arrival accordingly. Occasionally we accommodate checking in outside the regular times. We are agency managing a number of various apartments, sometimes when our guests are arriving at multiple properties at the same time it can cause delays on our schedule, thank you for understanding and for your patiance.

Acces to the apartment - Self check in

At most of the time we give our guests possibility to self check in without host attendance what gives you more flexibility and privacy. This option is possible under the following conditions: * Accommodation in the apartment is paid in advance in full amount * All guests have submitted their personal information in the form of a copy of personal documents * One of the guests must be the reservation payer (e.g. the owner of the card with which the reservation is paid). Otherwise, the payer’s personal data must also be submitted. After the guest complies with the above conditions,guidelines and codes for entering the building and the apartment will be sent to him. If you would like to be personaly greeted at the time you arrive, please let us know in advance and we'll arrange a meeting at the time you arrive.

Before you leave

Make sure apartment is left in a good condition, in a case you have to report any damage or fault please contact us before you leave. If you were using a kitchen make sure it has been tidy up, food leftover is left in garbage bag and dishes are washed up. Remove food leftovers from the dishes before you stock them in a dishwasher, put a provided detergent tablet and turn on a dishwasher. If the rain is expected, be sure to close and lock the windows. No need to take off beddings or to put a towels in a laundry machine, all beddings and towels are washed and cleaned by professional laundry company.

Check out procedure

You can leave apartment without meeting our staff, just lock the doors and leave keys in it's dedicated key box at the entrance . If possible, give us a call or message when you are leaving so cleaning lady will start with a cleaning after you leave. Please respect latest check out timing.
