How do I make reservation?

Chose a period you would like to reserve in a calendar, check availability and special offers and book online, If you still have questions, before you proceed with booking you can contact us with contact form provided.

 

Do I need to pay deposit to reserve apartment?

Yes, you need to pay a 20% deposit to reserve your apartment. Rest you pay in apartment during check in, cash only.

Are taxes included in quote?

All taxes are included in quote, there are no hidden fees.

Are the prices quoted per person or per apartment?

All prices detailed are per room per night for two persons, unless otherwise stated in the rate description. When booking packages or promotions are applyed, the price may also include additional products and privilegies.

How will I know my booking is confirmed?

You will receive booking confirmation by email.

Is parking available on site?

Parking is available on public area near apartment with surcharge. Near apartment there are few free parking lots, we always do our best to help guests finding one for their car, however, it cannot be reserved.

What is cancellation policy?

Full refund of deposit if cancelled or modified up to 20 days before arrival, If cancelled or modified later or in a case of no-show, full deposit will be charged. You need to inform us by email about cancellation, confirmation of your cancelation will be sent by email.

What time is check in/check out

Check in time is from 2 PM to 10 PM (14.00 – 22.00 hours), check out time is from 7AM to 11 AM (7.00 – 11.00 hours). Late arrival is posible by prior arrangement.

Is breakfast available in the apartment ?

Breakfast is not available in apartment, however, it is a fully equiped self catering apartment. There are also numerous places serving breakfast in very proximity.

Can a transfer be organised and what is the cost?

Yes, transfer to apartment can be organised, please ask for terms in inquiry form.
