Check-in and check-out times
  • Check-in from 15:30 to 22:00
  • Check-out until 10:00
  • Self-check in guests are allowed to arrive anytime after regular check in time
Internet
  • WiFi is available in all the rooms and is free of charge.

Cleaning
  • The host will change your towels every 3 days, and bed linen every 7 days, entire space is cleaned once a week. The guest is expected to keep apartment tidy and in good condition.
Before you leave
  • You are obliged to leave the apartment you rented as you found it upon arrival –clean, tidy and undamaged. All used dining and cooking utensils must be washed and sorted in the dishwasher and dishwasher turned on (if provided, otherwise should be handwashed), waste collected to the trash bag.  Electrical devices such as air conditioner, TV, lights e.t.c. turned off, doors and windows shut.

  • Parties/events are not allowed.

Don't Forget to Bring

It's not an exhaustive list but here are a few things that we've found guests often forget:

You will check in in a clean, tempered and equipped apartment and all relevant information about your stay will be provided upfront. This self catering apartment is cleaned once a week, towels are changed every third day and beddings once a week.

You can get to Zadar by the road, by the airplane or by the sea. Favorable traffic geographic position, good traffic connection with state transport corridors make Zadar one of the best transport-connected cities in Croatia. 
In Croatia, you’ll find standard fare as in many other central European or Mediterranean countries (pizza, pasta, meat dishes, fish). All food is safe to eat as restaurants are regularly inspected. Fish and seafood is a speciality along the Croatian coastline, unsurprisingly – if you visit, you absolutely must try some locally caught seafood, especially oysters and mussels. Check these places 
It is safe to drink tap water in Croatia.

  • Safe deposit is provided free of charge, check instructions how to use it
  • Croatia is by far one of the safest counties you can visit and you will feel the same in Zadar too. It is safe to park your car on a public areas and thefts and burglaries are very rare.
How to turn electricity on
  • When you arrive to the apartment , use same key to switch on electricity, just plug and turn the key in a socket you will find on a left side of the apartment entrance door.
How to turn air-conditioner on/off
  • Both rooms and a living rooms are cooled and heated by AC, there is a remote control for each of them, just press On/Off button and point remote toward AC device.  Do not forget to act responsibly, turn off AC when you are going out.
How to turn the TV on
  • Use a TV remote to turn on TV, just press top right key and last program watched should be visible.  Put TV remote sideward and use B-net remote to navigate the programs

How to turn dishwasher on
  • To use dishwasher be sure electricity plug is switched on. Sort dishes inside the dishwasher, be sure dishes are cleaned of food leftovers and washed with water. Put a provided detergent tablet on dedicated place and press leftiest key on the dishwasher doors. Press next key 2 times until .................

If you are checking out leaving a dishwasher operating, do not switch electricity off but just leave key in a plug.

How to turn laundry machine on
For general garbage, just fill up plastic bag provided and leave it inside garbage can. If you would like to throw it personaly, you will find a green trash can in front of the building.  While there is no strict obligation for separation, we are encouriging you to collect glass and plastic separatelly.

The above numbers are listed as you would dial them from a Croatian number. If you are a visitor and need to call from a foreign number, precede the number with +385. +385 is the country code for Croatia. In calling a Croatian number that has an “0” at the beginning, remove it if also using the country code.
