Kako bismo Vam osigurali ugodan boravak i otklonili moguće nesporazume, molimo da se upoznate s kućnim redom. Za sve dodatne informacije na raspolaganu Vam je domaćin.
Na dan dolaska, u smještaj možete ući nakon 15:30 h, a na dan odlaska izaći najkasnije do 10:00 h, molimo poštujte zadano vrijeme odlaska, zaposlenici već imaju plan čišćenja koji nismo u mogućnosti mijenjati. U slučaju da imate s nama dogovoren prijevoz do zračne luke na dan odlaska, nakon što se odjavite u 10:00 mi ćemo preuzeti vašu prtljagu te se s vama sustresti ispred apartmana u unaprijed dogovoreno vrijeme.
– Molimo vas da ne stvarate buku, posebice u razdoblju od 14:00h – 17:00h i 23:00h – 8:00h. Strogo su zabranjene zabave i glasna glazba u bilo koje vrijeme, molim poštujte susjede i ostale goste.
– Prilikom izlaska iz objekta obvezno zaključajte vrata i zatvorite prozore, zatvorite suncobrane, isključite rasvjetu i sve električne uređaje (TV, klima, štednjak…) te zatvorite vodu. U slučaju da pada kiša ili se očekuju padaline, obavezno zatvorite sve prozore kako voda ne bi dospjela unutar apartmana.
– Ručnici se smiju upotrijebiti isključivo za namjenu za koju su i predviđeni, za lice i tijelo. U slučaju upotrebe na prtljagi, obući, masnoći, kremi za sunčanje ili svježe obojenoj kosi domačin će naplatiti naknadu za uništenu opremu.
Prije odlaska:
Imajte u vidu da vam nećemo naplatiti završno čišćenje u slučaju da apartman ostavite prema sljedećim pravilima:
■ Molimo da smještaj ostavite čist i uredan.
■ Prljavo suđe stavite u perilicu posuđa, stavite priloženu tabletu za suđe i uključite perilicu.
■ Svi aparati moraju biti očišćeni i ugašeni, hladnjak ispražnjen od ostataka hrane.
■ Nije potrebno staviti posteljinu i ručnike u perilicu rublja, za to će se pobrinuti profesionalna praonica rublja.
■ Smeće treba biti bačeno u za to predviđene kante u blizini zgrade, molimo odvojite otpad.
■ Namještaj treba stajati onako kako vas je dočekao.
U slučaju ne pridržavanja ovog kućnog reda, domaćin ima pravo otkazati gostu daljnje pružanje usluga i naplatiti uništenu opremu i završno čišćenje.
HOUSE RULES
Welcome to our accommodation!
We would like to acquaint you with house rules to ensure you have a pleasant stay in our home., For all other additional information please speak to your host.
On the day of arrival, you can enter the accommodation after 3:30 p.m., and on the day of departure, you can leave no later than 10:00 a.m. Please respect the specified departure time, the employees already have a cleaning schedule that we cannot change. In the event that you have an arrangement with us for transportation to the airport on the day of departure, after you check out at 10:00 a.m., we will collect your luggage and meet you in front of the apartment at a prearranged time.
– Please do not make loud noises, especially in period from 14:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 8:00
– Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited at any time, please respect our neighbors and other guests.
– When going out be sure to lock the doors and windows, close sunshades, switch off the lights and all electrical appliances and turn off the taps. In case a rain is expected, be sure to close all windows. It is forbidden to remove towels and covers from the apartments.
– Towels may only be used for their intended purpose, for the face and body. In case of use on luggage, shoes, grease, sunscreen or freshly dyed hair, the host will charge a fee for the destroyed equipment.
Before leaving:
Please note that we will not charge you for final cleaning if you leave the apartment according to the following rules:
■ Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy.
■ Put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher, insert the supplied dishwashing tablet and turn on the washing machine.
■ All appliances must be cleaned and turned off, the refrigerator must be emptied of leftover food.
■ It is not necessary to put bed linen and towels in the washing machine, a professional laundry will take care of that.
■ Garbage should be thrown into the designated bins near the building, please separate the waste.
In case of non-compliance with these house rules, the host has the right to cancel the further provision of services to the guest and to charge for the destroyed equipment and final cleaning.
HAUSORDNUNG
VerehrteGaste!
Wir mochten Sie mit der Hausordnung bekannt machen, damit sich Ihr Aufenthalt in unserem Haus fiir Sie so angenehm wie moglich gestaltet. Fiir alle weiteren Informationen wenden Sie sich bitte an den Hausbesitzer.
Am Anreisetag können Sie die Unterkunft ab 15:30 Uhr betreten, am Abreisetag können Sie die Unterkunft bis spätestens 10:00 Uhr verlassen. Bitte beachten Sie die angegebene Abreisezeit, die Mitarbeiter haben bereits einen Reinigungsplan, den wir Ihnen geben kann sich nicht ändern. Für den Fall, dass Sie am Abreisetag mit uns einen Transport zum Flughafen vereinbart haben, holen wir nach dem Check-out um 10:00 Uhr Ihr Gepäck ab und treffen Sie zu einem vereinbarten Zeitpunkt vor dem Apartment.
– Es ist verboten, Chaos zu verursachen und andere Gäste zu storen. Besonders verboten ist es, in der Zeit von 14-17 Uhr und von 23-8 Uhr Lärm zu machen. Partys und laute Musik sind zu jeder Zeit strengstens untersagt. Bitte respektieren Sie Ihre Nachbarn und andere Gäste.
– Wenn Sie rausgehen schlieBen Sie unbedingt Fenster und Türen, machen Sie den Sonnenschirm zu, schalten Sie das Licht und alle elektrischen Geräten aus und drehen Sie den Wasserhahn zu. Wenn Regen oder Niederschläge zu erwarten sind, schließen Sie unbedingt alle Fenster.
– Handtücher dürfen nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck, für Gesicht und Körper, verwendet werden. Bei Verwendung auf Gepäck, Schuhen, Fett, Sonnencreme oder frisch gefärbten Haaren erhebt der Gastgeber eine Gebühr für die zerstörte Ausrüstung.
Vor der Abreise:
Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir Ihnen die Endreinigung nicht in Rechnung stellen, wenn Sie das Apartment gemäß den folgenden Regeln verlassen:
■ Bitte hinterlassen Sie die Unterkunft sauber und ordentlich.
■ Geben Sie das schmutzige Geschirr in die Spülmaschine, geben Sie die mitgelieferte Spültablette ein und schalten Sie die Waschmaschine ein.
■ Alle Geräte müssen gereinigt und ausgeschaltet sein, der Kühlschrank muss von Essensresten geleert werden.
■ Es ist nicht notwendig, Bettwäsche und Handtücher in die Waschmaschine zu geben
■ Müll sollte in die dafür vorgesehenen Behälter in der Nähe des Gebäudes geworfen werden.
Bei Nichtbeachtung dieser Hausordnung hat der Gastgeber das Recht, die weitere Leistungserbringung gegenüber dem Gast abzubrechen und die Kosten für die zerstörte Ausstattung sowie die Endreinigung in Rechnung zu stellen.
